Lead-Based Paint Inspection Information

Basic X-Ray Fluorescence (XRF) lead-based paint detection requires a 1-hour minimum charge. 

Average sized homes with approximately 1000 square feet per floor will generally require 1 to 1-1/2 hours per floor, including the exterior. Older homes with a large number of painted surfaces, windows, cabinets may require significantly more time. 

Certified lead-based paint inspection reports can usually be completed on the same day as the inspection. Standard service is report delivery within 24 hours from completion of the inspection.
